For our esteemed audience your invitation sets the stage as to where you will meet your launch to travel across San Francisco Bay as the sun sets in the distance filling the sky with a riot of color and transitioning to a starry night.  As you board the USS Hornet and ascend the Escalator to the Fight deck, music by the Andrew Sister’s, Big Bands, and Sousa Marches fill the air with large vintage artwork poster’s commemorating the war effort line the red carpet at the top of the stairs.  The red carpet will lead across the flight deck to reception area where cigarette girls in period attire roam the deck offering vintage candy and candy cigarettes as we invite you to partake of our appetizers and cocktails-including our signature drink for the evening-a Flyboy sunset-with all the colors of the sunset set in one glass.

As our audience is noshing away during cocktail hour our V.I.P.s will be meeting at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in San Francisco on the helipad (as they have checked into complimentary Bayview King rooms as a way to make sure they are primed for the opening event as part of their special treatment) to be transported by Helicopter directly onto the flight deck (and don’t worry VIPs, the pilot will turn down the rotors so that nothing goes flying away as you exit the aircraft, especially for Jeeves!).  It will be a spectacle to behold for both the VIPs as they fly over San Francisco and into the bay and onto the deck of the USS Hornet, as well as for the audience to experience each batch of VIPs to be delivered onto the flight deck.
